If you have trouble signing in, or simply forgot your password. On the sign-in page, click on Forgot password.
Enter your e-mail address and click on the Reset Password button.
Check your inbox for an e-mail from Zavy360. If you have not received the email within ten minutes, check the Junk or SPAM folder.
In the email, a link will be provided to reset your password.
Sometimes, the e-mail can be delayed and you tried to reset a few times - only the latest password reset link will work.
Additional information may be required if you have enabled multi-factor authentication.
