Once an invoice has been created you can make a payment, this article covers the Manual payment methods,
Open the Invoice Details Screen, see this guide
Hover Payments / Claims from the action menu
Click Manual
The Payment Method Drawer will open showing the various payment methods
The various payment methods will be listed, you can enter the payment amount for the correct payment method, you can also take a split payment example part cash and part credit card.
Account Credit will appear if the patient has a credit on their account that is eligible for use
You can enter a payment note that will appear on the printed invoice, if you do not want it to appear on the invoice select private note
Click Take Payment
Note: System validation will not allow you to pay more than the Current Balance
