Release Notes

Please make sure to action/understand the following, if you wish to take advantage of the new features

  1. Set the theme colour (Settings > Online bookings)

  2. Upload a cover photo, recommended (2560 x 1440px) aspect ratio (settings > cover photo)

  3. Get used to the updated patient menu icons (see above)

  4. Remember Letters is now smart documents in its own area

  5. Understand attachments can now be organised by sections with the following examples

    1. Documents = Used to create things like referrals letters etc

    2. Attachments = Used to upload paper forms etc

    3. Imaging = Used for x-rays, diagnostics etc

      Those sections can have subsections called badges, these badges can be filtered easily for improved efficiency example

      1. Documents = Outgoing referral, Cosmetic treatment plans

      2. Attachments = Medical History, Release of records

      3. Imaging = Bitewing, OPG

  6. Your current attachments will remain where they are but we have added the option to bulk tag and move attachments into the other new sections, documents and imaging so its easy to organise all of your data with the new features.

  7. Diagnostic imaging will still load from attachments temporarily as a default, as most users data remains in the attachments area, with the option to load from the imaging section, in 3 months time that will switch to load from imaging first with the ability to load from attachments as more users embrace the new imaging feature.

Training videos on all of these feature will be added closers to the release date and you will be notified
