Introduction

In the Zavy Review and Feedback system, patients can easily leave Google Reviews and provide feedback through our customised rating questions.

This dual approach is crucial for the success of a dental practice. A robust NPS (Net Promoter Score) and review system not only helps attract new patients through positive Google Reviews but also provides valuable insights into patient satisfaction through tailored feedback.

Understanding what patients appreciate and where improvements can be made allows practices to enhance the patient experience, build stronger relationships, and ultimately drive growth. With Zavy, you can gather the feedback you need to elevate your practice's reputation and service quality.

This article explains how to set up review templates that can be attached to appointment shortcuts for automated sending. Alternatively, you can also send review requests manually whenever needed.

Steps to Enable Google Reviews:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Reviews and Click on "Create Review Template"

  2. Add the template Title.

  3. The welcome message will appear on your review page, prompting patient to fill in the form. Additionally, you can enable the "Add Comments" option to allow patients to provide their feedback/response.

  4. To add questions, click on the button. You can remove the questions from the list by clicking the button.
    *Patients will be able to give 1-5 star ratings on each question.


Enabling Public Google Reviews

If you're looking to grow your online presence, requesting Google reviews can be a powerful tool. You can set up an option to request a Google review from patients who meet a minimum score threshold. Here’s how to set up this optional step.


1. Obtain Your Google Business Link:
Visit Google Business and search for your business.
Ensure you are logged into the Gmail account that manages your business.

2. After clicking 'Continue', select 'Ask for Reviews'

3. You'll see a link like this, copy it:



5. Specify a Minimum Rating that a patient must achieve to be redirected for a Google Review.
For instance, if the overall rating is 5 stars, a Google Review link will be presented after the patient completes the Zavy Review.

6. Insert the link you copied from the 'Ask for Reviews' in your Google business.

Click Save

When a patient submits their Review and it meets the Minimum Rating criteria, the interface will display the following:

8. If a patient rates below the Minimum Rating, the Google Review link will not be shown:

No link for Google Review will be provided.
