How to analyze Review Statistics

This Article will show you how you can Navigate and Customize the Reviews Statistics based on your preference.

After reading and following through the Article, this will allow you to learn about:

Setting Custom Date Ranges
Filter the statistics using the Search
Filter the statistics based on Review Templates

Custom Date Ranges

This will allow you to set a custom Date Range for the listing of the reviews below.

In the example screenshot below: I have selected October 16, 2024 to October 18, 2024 for the report generation that I wanted to capture.

Search

In Review Statistics, we have the ability to filter the statistics specifically to a Patient/Contact based on Search Input. Enter partial or the full name of the Patient/Contact and press Enter.

Templates

You can also filter the statistics based on the Review Template by selecting from the Templates Drop Down list. Highlighted below on the screenshot is where you can select the required Template.
