Last Completed Review Statistic
Easily track when a patient last completed a review. This statistic is visible on the patient profile, helping you make informed decisions about when to request feedback.
Review Sending Policy
Prevent overloading patients with repeated review requests. Set a rule to skip sending review requests to patients who have already completed a review within a specific timeframe (X months/weeks/days).
Pre-Check for Appointments
Before sending a review request, the system automatically checks whether a patient meets your review policy. If they have already left a review within your set timeframe, the request is skipped—reducing unnecessary messages and improving the patient experience.
How to Update Your Review Policy
To customise your review request settings:
Go to Settings > Reviews
Click Edit Template
Update the Review Sending Policy to match your preferred timeframe
Save your changes
With these settings in place, you can maintain a steady flow of valuable patient feedback while avoiding unnecessary review requests.
