Setting Up Location Details
Navigate to Settings > Business > Locations. Click on the Create Location button to add a new location, or click the Pencil icon under the Action column to update the details of an existing location.
In the Create Location or Update Location panel, you can customise the practice’s logo. There are 3 mandatory fields to complete:
Name: The full name of the practice.
Shortname: A short version or abbreviation of the practice name.
Tag Colour: This is an important field as the tag colour will help quickly differentiate practitioners and their locations in the calendar, treatment plans, invoices, and other sections.
Scroll down the panel and fill in any additional details as required. While fields like address, phone number, and email are not mandatory, it’s highly recommended to fill them in. These details will be used as template variables in various outputs.
Once you're finished, click the Save button to confirm your changes.
