How To Set New Patient's Default Practitioner to Empty

Go to Settings > Business > Locations. Click the pencil icon under the Action column for the relevant practice.

In the Update Location panel, scroll down until you see the New patients default practitioner dropdown. Click the x button (circled below) to clear the selection. Then, click the Save button.
