How To Set New Patient's Default Practitioner to Empty

  1. Go to Settings > Business > Locations. Click the pencil icon under the Action column for the relevant practice.


  2. In the Update Location panel, scroll down until you see the New patients default practitioner dropdown. Click the x button (circled below) to clear the selection. Then, click the Save button.
