That's right. You can also change the labels for staff, cases and locations, too, so everything on your platform is uniquely you! π₯°
And guess what? This customisation is unique to each location. This is relevant if you run two different businesses, for example: personal trainer (members) and massage therapist (clients).
How to change my business label?
Click on Settings βοΈ on the main menu bar
Under Business, click on Settings, Edit
Scroll down the page and look for Personalisation.
Go through each label to select your preferences.
Click Save at the top to complete.

Clients, patient, customer, member
Staff, employee
Practitioner, therapist, technician, doctor, clinician, supervisor, manager
Calendar, resource, appointment, booking
Recall, scheduled reminder
