Update or remove a Client

Manage an existing patient.

To Update a Client record

  1. Click Clients from the main menu bar, then look up and select the client entry.

  2. Click on Edit, then change or fill in additional information.

  3. Click on Save when you are ready.

Remove a Client

  1. Click Clients from the main menu bar, then look up and select the client entry.

  2. Here, you can either:

    • Click the 3-dots, select the Archive option, or

    • Alternative, click on Edit, and then change the status to either Inactive, Blocked, or Archived.

Business label
