Add a New User
New users can join your Zavy360 account by invitation.
To invite a user: click the Setting ⚙️ in the main menu. On the left navigation bar - select Staff under Business, then click on the New button to send an invite.
If you are unable to invite new users - you may need to check your permission status or subscription level.
From the pop-up box, enter the required details, click Save to send the invitation.
The new user will then be sent the welcome email where they can set their password and log in.
If the new user doesn't receive a welcome email within ten minutes, ask them to check their Junk or SPAM folder.
From the Manage Staff page, you can resend or cancel the invitation.
Once a user has logged in to your Zavy360 account, they will be asked to complete their user profile page.
Remove a User
To ensure data integrity, we do not delete any users in Zavy360. If an account is no longer required, simply archive the user to terminate their access to your business.
To remove a user from your account, click the Setting ⚙️ in the main menu. On the left navigation bar - select Staff under Business.
A list of active and inactive users are shown on this page. Next to each user, you can then archive the user. Click Yes to proceed.
Note, the account owner cannot be archived. Contact our support team, if you need us to transfer the owner role.
Reactivate a User
If you like to reactivate a user, click the Setting ⚙️ in the main top menu. On the left navigation bar - under Staff, click Manage Staff.
A list of active and inactive users are shown on this page. If you cannot see any archived accounts, use the filter on the top right hand corner, select All or Archived.
Click on Unarchive and Yes to reactivate the user account.
