There are four different roles in Zavy360:
Owner, the first user
Practitioner
Manager
Reception
User roles
The user role is specified when the user invitation is sent.
To change the user role, simply select Settings โ๏ธ from the top menu, under Staff, select Manage Staff. Locate the user you like to modify, click Edit to change their role.
At present, the first user is often the account owner which has full administrative permissions. Other users can either be practitioner, manager or reception.
To change or request addition owner, please contact our Support Staff.

To review and manage what user can or cannot do, from the top menu select Settings โ๏ธ, under Staff select Manage Permissions.
