If the SMS or email communications failed to send, you may need to check the appointment's Reminder Settings. These settings are initially displayed when booking an appointment and may have been turned off during the booking process.
1. On the Calendar tab, click the relevant appointment. A pop-up panel will appear. Click on the square [ ] button.
2. In the Appointment Panel, click on Reminder Settings. You’ll see the Request Confirmations settings and the Reschedule Reminders settings. Toggle on Email or SMS Reminders as required.
3. You can click the Resend Reminders button in the top bar to resend any failed SMS or email reminders.
