The latest update in Zavy now offers two ways to remove conditions from the Chart.
Deleting In Chart Summary
In the Patient's Treatment Plan, ensure the View Mode is either is Plan or Both.
Click on the Chart Summary tab. A list of conditions will appear at the bottom. Click the Bin Icon on the right to delete the condition.
Deleting in the Tooth Overview Screen
From the Patient’s Chart, click on the relevant Tooth Number.
In the Tooth Detailed View, click the Bin Icon at the right-hand side to delete the watch or condition.
If you need to delete a condition from another tooth, simply select the tooth number from the list at the top. The conditions and details for that tooth will show up, and you can delete them from there.
