Accepting the Zavy Connect Invite – Patient Setup Guide

Once your practice sends an invite to the patient, they’ll receive a secure link to join the Zavy Connect app. This article explains what happens next.

Zavy asks the patient to confirm a few details to protect their data. This process only happens once per practice. After that, the patient can log in using a one-time code or biometrics (like Face ID or fingerprint).

What the Patient Needs to Do:

  1. Tap the Invite Link
    Open the SMS from your practice and tap the invite link. This will take you to the app store for your phone—Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Download the Zavy Connect App
    Download and install the Zavy Connect app from the app store.

  3. Copy the Six-Digit Invite Code
    On the invite page, there’s a six-digit code. Tap Copy next to the code—you’ll need this shortly.

  4. Open the Zavy Connect App
    Launch the app on your phone.

  5. Tap ‘I Have an Invite Code’
    On the login screen, tap the button that says ‘I have an invite code’.

  6. Enter Your Details at Each Step

    • Paste or enter the six-digit invite code

    • Enter your Date of Birth

    • Enter the One-Time Code (OTP) sent to your mobile

  7. You’re In!
    That’s it. You’ve successfully connected to your dental practice. Future logins will be even faster using biometrics or a one-time code.
