Customising the Zavy Connect App – Branding & Notifications
Zavy Connect is designed to reflect your practice’s branding from the moment a patient logs in. This article covers how to customise your logo, colours, and visual identity within the app.
Practice Logo and Cover Photo
Your practice’s logo and cover image are automatically displayed throughout the Zavy Connect app. These visuals are pulled directly from your settings in:
Settings > Business > Locations
If you update the logo or cover photo here, it will instantly apply to the patient app.
App Colours and Branding
To match your practice’s branding, Zavy allows you to customise the colours used throughout the patient app. Button colours, highlights, and accents are all affected.
Here’s how to update them:
Go to Settings > Patient App > Branding
Choose a colour using the built-in colour picker, or enter your hex colour code for an exact match
Zavy will automatically generate a palette based on your chosen colour
Tip: Use a slightly darker colour to ensure there’s enough contrast for white text that appears over buttons or backgrounds. This improves readability and accessibility for patients.
