Change price list feature

How to change pricelist for existing treatment items in the treatment plan or in the invoice builder before invoice creation.

When a patient’s health fund or default price list is updated in their profile, it is important to also manually update the treatment plan’s price list. Please note that any existing treatment items within the plan will not be automatically updated.

Here is a guide on how to update the prices for existing treatment items to a different fee schedule in a treatment plan, or from the invoice builder before creating the invoice.

1. Go to the Treatment Plan and update the price list next to the Assignee.

Note: Updating the price list in the patient profile and treatment plan does not automatically update the prices of existing treatment items in the plan.

2. To ensure the treatment items that are in the plan have the updated prices, select the existing treatment items, click Change Price List at the bottom, then choose the relevant price list from the dropdown list.

3. Click OK, the price of the treatment items selected will be updated according to the selected price list.

4. This feature is also available from the Invoice Builder, which is the section before creating the invoice.

Go to the Invoice tab and select the relevant item codes, then click the Change Price List button and select the price list from the dropdown to update the prices of the selected items.
