Completing Treatment Items, Marking as Ready to Invoice

How to complete items and let staff know they are ready to be invoiced and paid for

Once you have added treatment items into a plan you may see they appear in red if the item appears in the dental chart, which indicates the treatment item is proposed.

Once a treatment item is completed (more on that later) it will change the colour from red to the assigned material colour, if a material colour hasn't been set (from the Catalogue > Materials area) the colour will fall back to purple.

To complete a treatment item and mark it ready to bill, from the Treatment Plan Builder, click on the complete item button

it will change to blue to mark the item as complete

The item has now been marked as ready to invoice and will appear in the Patients Invoice Area for easy invoicing. Invoices can be generated from the patient's invoice area or the appointment book.

Click on Create Invoice button to an invoice from the items that have a check box selected

Calendar Invoice (Method 2)

Click on the Appointment which has invoice items assigned to it, change the status to Complete and Zavy will prompt you to create an invoice from any Proposed or Completed items, if you don't wish for them to appear in this list they should have been marked as patient declined or deleted.
