Auto-transition Billable Items to "Ready to Invoice" for Completed Appointments

When an appointment was created with Billable Items that weren’t linked to any treatment plans, those items would remain in the "Proposed" state during invoicing.


By toggling this setting ON, Zavy will automatically update the status from "Proposed" to "Ready to Invoice" once the appointment is completed.

Here’s how to set it up:

1. Head to Settings > Business > Settings.
Look for the option "Auto transition Appointment billables to Ready to Invoice".

Toggle this setting ON and click Save.


2. From now on, once an appointment is completed, any billable items will automatically change to "Ready to Invoice" without any extra steps.
