Click on the view plan button to open the Treatment Plan Builder module

If you linked the appointment earlier when creating the treatment plan today's appointment will automatically appear here. You can move any billable items you have proposed for today's visit into this appointment by dragging and dropping them into the appointment or selecting an item and them clicking the Move here button

Clicking on the Add Appointment button adds additional appointments to the planner which can be scheduled or used to add billable items, each appointment can be expanded to view the summary, and the expanded view displays the breakdown for each appointment including estimated cost, time and the status of the appointment.
