Treatment Shortcuts are used to quickly generate treatment plans, they can contain multiple services and appointments.
How to Create a Shortcut
From within the dental chart, Click the gear icon beside shortcuts on the left side
A new window shows up on the right side of the screen
Click on Create
Type in the shortcut name, this must be less than 10 characters so it can fit on a button
Choose shortcut preferences
Active – Shortcut always shows on the right side
Shared – Makes the shortcut available for import by other practitioners to download and modify without making changes to the original
Click Create
Search for the billable items to be added in this shortcut
Set multiple items and quantity (Note quantity is not accepted by many health funds)
Organise appointments by adding a number into the appointment field
After adding, click Close.
