When a patient does not respond to a recall and book their next appointment, they’d be automatically added to the drop-off list and excluded from future auto-recalls. By toggling on this setting, Zavy will now automatically clear the patient’s drop-off status as soon as an appointment is scheduled for them.
Here’s how to enable this feature:
1. Head to Settings > Business > Settings.
Find the option "Clear Patient Dropoff Date on Scheduled Appointment".
Toggle this setting ON and click Save in the top right corner.
That’s it! Now, Zavy will automatically remove the drop-off date when an appointment is booked for the patient.
