When an inactive or archived patient makes a booking after a long period, their status remains unchanged, and you’d need to update it manually. If you’d like Zavy to automatically reactivate a patient to Active status when they book an appointment, simply toggle ON this setting to enable the feature.
Here’s how to set it up:
1. Go to Settings > Business > Settings
Find the option "Automatically reactivate Patients with non-active statuses when scheduling an Appointment".
Toggle this setting to ON and click Save in the top right corner.
That’s it! Now, Zavy will handle reactivating patient statuses for you automatically.
