To save you time and keep your workflow efficient, Zavy allows you to customise which patient statuses appear in your search results. Whether you’re searching for a patient in the main profile search or while booking an appointment, this feature helps you focus on the most relevant patients for your needs.
Here’s how to set it up:
1. Head to Business > Settings > Settings.
Find the drop-down menu labelled "*Select Patient statuses to include in search results".
2. To remove a status, just click the "x" next to it, and it will be excluded from the search results.
3. To add a status, click the drop-down menu. You’ll see a list of available statuses – simply click on the one you want to include, and a tick(✓) will appear next to it.
Don’t forget to click Save in the top right corner when you’re done.
That’s it! You’re all set to filter patient statuses more efficiently.
