Dental materials serve 2 purposes within Zavy and currently are only supported in dental charting

1, Record which material has been used for a specific treatment

2, Act as a visual indicator on the patient's chart that allows customers to distinguish between differnt materials at a glance, materials are optional, Zavy allows users to have different colors for each material, if a colour is not set it will default to purple once proposed treatment has been marked as complete

How to add New Materials

Click on New Material

A window on the right side of the screen will show up which will allow you to enter the name of the material, set a colour, and select which treatment this material can be used for. Not all treatments have access to all materials and this selection is how Zavy determines this.

Example you may have a gold crown but fillings may be limited to amalgam and composite.
