Beginners or users from other systems may get confused between Appointment and Services. In Zavy 360, both are relevant when setting up a new business account. Let me try to explain:
Appointments
Appointment or Appointment Name - as the name imply - are used for scheduling and calendar booking, it helps explain the purpose or reason for the visit - for example, Initial Consultation or Follow-up Consultation. You can also colour-code your appointments on your Zavy360 calendar.
An appointment type can contains one or many Services and Products. When multiple services are bundled, you may want to adjust the total time duration to allow for extra time before and after.
With Zavy360 you can save time by enabling auto-invoice generation for certain appointments.
Services
Services (and Products) are used for billing purposes. If you don't create services and products, we can't select items to generate an invoice to bill anyone!
For health services, you can specific the exact time duration and relevant code details for insurance claim. Service and products can also be grouped into categorises for ease of management.
