How to Cancel an Appointment?

And what happen to the cancelled appointment?

Unfortunately, cancelling an appointment is a fact of life. In Zavy360, appointments can be cancelled with ease.

Cancel an Appointment

To cancel an appointment, on the Calendar πŸ“… book, click on the appointment.

  • Click on the three dots to see Cancel Appointment Option on top of the detail page:

  • Select a Cancellation Reason and click OK to confirm.

  • The cancelled appointment will now disappear from the Calendar.

Note, a cancelled appointment will forever be recorded as cancelled. If the patient like to re-book, a new appointment is required to be made.

Find Cancelled Appointments

All cancelled appointment are hidden on the Calendar πŸ“…, however you can easily reveal them by clicking on the View Cancelled tick box located on the left of the calendar page in the Calendar Preference:

All cancelled appointments are shown on the calendar with details strike through:

Note, cancellation details like time stamp and the reason are recorded against the patient (or customer); the history can be used in for reporting and follow-ups.
