Unfortunately, cancelling an appointment is a fact of life. In Zavy360, appointments can be cancelled with ease.
Cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, on the Calendar π book, click on the appointment.
Click on the three dots to see Cancel Appointment Option on top of the detail page:
Select a Cancellation Reason and click OK to confirm.
The cancelled appointment will now disappear from the Calendar.

Note, a cancelled appointment will forever be recorded as cancelled. If the patient like to re-book, a new appointment is required to be made.
Find Cancelled Appointments
All cancelled appointment are hidden on the Calendar π , however you can easily reveal them by clicking on the View Cancelled tick box located on the left of the calendar page in the Calendar Preference:

All cancelled appointments are shown on the calendar with details strike through:
Note, cancellation details like time stamp and the reason are recorded against the patient (or customer); the history can be used in for reporting and follow-ups.
