In Zavy360, you can check both individual and overall appointment status.
Individual Appointment History
To check the appointment history of a particular individual
Open the Patients π€ page from the main top menu
Select or search for the Patient from the list
On the left navigation bar, select Appointment History
The patient appointment history are displayed including the date of the appointment, duration, appointment type or reason, practitioner, and last updated status.
All Appointment History
To review status and performance of all appointments:
Open the Reports page from the main top menu
Listed under Appointment Reports, select Appointment and Status report
Using the left menu to apply different filters, and your Date Range
Click Generate Report to view all appointment statistics and history
