Sometimes, incidents can occur with an appointment, such as rescheduling or cancellation, and it's important to know how to check the logs to understand what happened. Viewing the Appointment Timeline is the best way to track the changes of a particular appointment.

To view the Appointment Status Timeline, Left Click any appointment In the Calendar tab. A drawer will be displayed. Click on the Expand icon to maximize the Appointment drawer.
Next, click on the Timeline button on the left side to view the appointment's changes. In the Appointment Status Timeline drawer, you'll be able to see the chronological sequence of events for that appointment, including who was responsible for each action.
This helps you keep track of any changes or issues that might have occurred with the appointment.
