The last exam field in Zavy plays an important role in reports, automated recalls and many other areas of the system. We created the is Exam field to allow Zavy users complete flexibility over what services classify as an exam, and what triggers the field to be updated.

Decide the service or services that you wish to update the exam field and do the following for each

Open Services > Create a New service/product or edit an Existing one.

On the service detail screen > Scroll down > Enable the section where it says "Is Exam" > click Save.
