Zavy has a built in automated recall reminder system based of last exam and last visit as well as a method to manually link a recall to a patient. You can also use a hybrid approach that includes both of these methods.
Here's how you setup a manual recall reminder for your patient.
Open your Patient Profile and select Recalls.
2. Click on New.
3. Select Template and enter Subject.
4. From the Automation Screen, you can customise the Contact Type, Trigger and see the preview of the message, then click Create once finish.
