Strategise your continued patient care, create a recall automation workflow that is fully customisable and will help increase patient retention.
Decide how many automation steps you require, steps can contain SMS, emails, tasks, and letters. Each step can contain a different template, all SMS and Email communication templates should be created before linking them to an automation task.
Template Creation
Here's how:
First, you have to create a template for your communication. To do this, go to Settings ⚙️ > Patient > Templates > Communication > New.
Select Recall as template type.
Customise your Email and SMS template > Fill out Template Name> Subject and Message Body.
Note: we highly recommend you set both email and SMS content for every template in Zavy
Automation Creation
Second, Go back to the Settings > Select Patient > Templates > Recall > New.
On the Recall Automation Template > Fill out Recall Template Name > Add Step.
Select Contact Type from
Email
SMS
Phone
Letter
And, enter Trigger after and select from
Days
Months
Weeks
