Here's how to create a email signature using communications template.
To Set it up > Go to Settings > Patient > Templates > Communications.
Select the communication type you want.
Then click on "New"
If the template that you are creating does not fit the description on the following click on "Advanced" > select the desired template.
Make sure to fill out "Name" and "Subject" as it's a requirement.
Select the photo icon to add a picture.
Adjust the picture size
Quick tip: Set a width of 150-260px for logos, that looks great on most screen, 100% width for full screen images, you rarely need to set the height as the image should also scale
Then add "Business Name" "Business Address" "Phone Number" using "Variables".
Then Select "SMS" on the top right corner of the page.
Enter any "Variables" you require
Then Click on "Save" on the bottom right corner of the page.
