Snippets are short, reusable text blocks that can be used as a form of added information that you can include on the notes section of one's Patient Profile.
On Zavy360, we have the option to set a Snippet as a Public or Private Snippets.
Public Snippets are "Shared" snippets along the Practice where it allows internal users to use and edit it, however for Private Snippets, by the name itself, it can only be used by the user inside the Practice who created it.
Note: When creating a new Snippet, it will automatically default as a Public Snippet.
Here's a step by step guide where you can set a Snippet to be Public or Private.
1. On the Patient Profile, Go to Notes.
2. On the right hand side of the screen, click on the gear icon which will open the Manage snippets window.
3. From here, you can click on the Snippets that you wish to update.
4. Once selected, it will bring you to Edit Snippet window, you can see a check box on the lower left part of the window where you can tick to have it set to Public or Private and click Save.
