*To enable the E-Scripts feature for your site, a fee of $17.50 per practitioner per month will apply. Please confirm the number of practitioners and notify Zavy Support. Our team will then coordinate with Accounts and enable the feature for your site.
To use the E-Scripts feature, you’ll also need an active Parchment account. You can create your account here: https://portal.parchment.health/auth/signup
*Note: There is no need to subscribe to any of Parchment’s existing packages. The only applicable charge will be the $17.50/month per practitioner billed through Zavy.
Once the account is created, setup your Organisation:
Follow the steps below to set up the integration between Zavy and Parchment:
1. Log in to your Parchment account and locate 'Zavy360' under the list of Practice Management Systems. Then, click Manage.
2. Click Regenerate Credentials. The generated Organisation ID, Secret Key, and User ID will be required when configuring the integration in Zavy in the next step.
3. In Zavy, navigate to Settings > Integrations > click Parchment. Enter the Organisation ID, Secret Key, and User ID generated from Parchment, and click Save.
4. Run a test to ensure the integration has been configured successfully.
5. Open a patient’s Profile tab in Zavy. Hover over the three dots in the top-right corner to access the E-Scripts option, it will connect to Parchment with the patient's information from Zavy:
6. Fill in the required medications and prescription instructions. Once completed, you can choose to send the prescription via Email, SMS, or print it out.
7. Review the prescription details and confirm before sending.
8. In the patient's Profile in Zavy, you’ll be able to view the patient’s Prescription history.
