Here's a detailed guide for the methods on how you can apply Discounts in Zavy360.
1. Item level discount
Apply discount on each item code using the Discount Percentage(%) or Discount Amount column, the system will auto-calculate the subtotal of each item.
*Note: This can be done from the treatment plan, invoice builder, and also the actual invoice.
2. Invoice level discount
Go into the patient's Invoice, click the Discount button at the bottom of the page, and it will open a Discount Drawer Page on the right side.
Enter an amount/percentage and it will be applied as a discount on the overall total of the invoice.
