In Zavy 360, we have released a feature called Quick Message.

Quick Message will allow you to communicate via Email and SMS to a Single or Multiple Recipients.
​
To access Quick Message, hover over the Patient Icon and Select Quick Message.
​

This will open a window drawer on the right hand portion of the page, where you can compose your messages, choose if you'll be sending it as Email or SMS to Single or Multiple recipient.
