How to share Zavy360 User Accounts on a single PC

This guide will discuss best practices on how you can share a Zavy360 User Account on a single PC, as well as best practices on how to ensure that you are using your own user account when performing tasks in Zavy360.

There are instances in a surgery room where a dental assistant has to log in to Zavy360 to help chart and finalize some notes for the provider. In such cases, the dental assistant will need to log in or switch user accounts from the dentist's login.

What we recommend is creating a Google Chrome profile for your login so that you can easily switch to your Zavy360 User Account. You can do this by hovering over the avatar icon on the upper right corner of the Google Chrome browser and clicking 'Add'.

It will then redirect you to a new page where you can sign in with your Google Account or Create a Profile without a Google Account.

Once a new Google Chrome Profile is created, you can then use this to switch over to login using your Personal Zavy360 Account.

One thing you can also do is use a different browser.

ie: The Practitioner is using Chrome on his Zavy Account. You can use a Different Browser like, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge to login to Zavy360.

Lastly, you can logout the existing user on the same browser and logged in with your Personal Zavy360 Account.

To do this, Hover over to the left-hand panel to log out the existing user account, and Log back in using your personal account.

Then on the Login Page, enter your credentials to login using your personal account.
