A Dashboard is a visual representation of your data. The primary intention of the dashboard is to provide information at-a-glance such as your Revenue, Patient Statistics, Appointments captured, Practitioner Performance and more.

In the Zavy, you will find customizable widgets displaying graphs and charts of your up-to-date data.

On the main header of the Dashboard page, you will see the set date range that we have ready for our customers for the timeline and date ranges that they wanted to show on their Dashboard.

This is also where you can see the "Add Widget" where you can select/unselect which widget would you like to be showing on your dashboard page.

​Lock widget position Toggle

if this is enabled, all the widgets that has been set to display over to your dashboard will not be adjustable and will remember its default position.

​Note: You can only add / delete widget if the Lock widget position toggle is disabled.

​Practitioner Utilisation show the data of all the appointments within a period. This graph shows the occupancy rate of the Practitioner.

​Appointments Visit Breakdown show the data of all First Patient Visits versus Existing Patient.

Recent Online Booking shows the most recent appointment created online.

Patient statistics show the current count depending on which timeline is selected to be displayed.
