Adding custom material colors

Choosing colors that are not made readily available

Sometimes, there may be an abundance of materials and a lack of available color options to effectively monitor them, or the provided colors may not be distinct enough to immediately identify the material. The solution is to introduce custom colors for precise tracking.

Here's how to do it:

Begin by navigating to the materials section, where you can choose to either create new materials or modify an existing option.

Once you click on either option, a page similar to the one above will appear, allowing you to edit or create new material. Please note the section highlighted by the red box; this section enables you to select custom color options that are not immediately available. For instance, if you desire the color black, you must enter its HTML color code in the designated area, which is #000000 in this case.

Once the color code is added, its corresponding color will appear next to the code. If you are satisfied with the color selection, click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen, and then you will be ready to use it in your dental chart.
