While Zavy provides a wide range of reports, there are times when you may need to extract specific information. In these cases, customising a report to fit your needs is simple. Zavy also allows you to save your custom report settings, so you don't have to redo the customisation each time you need to access that same report in the future.
Saving a Custom Report
Choose the report you wish to customise. For example, the Appointment Reports, where you might want to extract only Cancelled Appointments. Filter the report by the State column, selecting Cancelled to display only the cancelled appointments. Click the Save button at the top right corner of the report.
A panel will appear on the right side of the screen, showing the current filters and settings for this report.
1. Enter a name for your new saved report.
2. Double-check the Date Preset, columns included, and the filters you've applied. In this case, you’ll see that the State filter is set to Cancelled.
3. Click Save to store your customised report.
Loading a Saved Report
When you need to access a specific report quickly, you can load a previously saved report. This will instantly adjust the default view and information to match your custom settings.
Go to the Appointment Reports again (or any other report you have saved).
Click the Load button to open your saved report template. For example, if you've saved it as "My Cancelled Appointments," simply select it from the list and click Load.
Zavy will then adjust the current report to reflect the settings saved in "My Cancelled Appointments," including any filters and date presets you have applied.
This feature makes it easy to re-access custom reports without having to apply the same filters or settings manually each time.
