🔛 Step 1: Turn on Cancellation Charges
Navigate to:
Settings > Business > Settings
Scroll down and locate Cancellation Charges.
✅ Toggle Enable cancellation charges to ON.
💳 Step 2: Request Payment Details Automatically (Optional but recommended)
Still in Settings, you can choose to request credit card details from all patients when they book online.
Enable Send request to add a payment method
Select how many days prior to the appointment you'd like the request sent
💡 If you don’t enable this setting, you can still manually request and store a card from each patient via their individual profile.
📄 Step 3: Set Your Terms and Conditions
It’s crucial to define and display your cancellation policy and fee terms.
This ensures patients are informed and helps avoid disputes.
