To export notes like patient clinical records into an editable document, use our Documents v2 feature as below.
*Note: This method is an alternative to the Clinical Summary feature where the PDF generated using Clinical Summary is not customizable, with the Documents v2 you can edit the document after inserting notes.

1. Go to the patient's Documents tab > New > Document (v2)
2. Select the Patient document type
3. In the new document, click the Insert Notes button, filter for the notes you need and tick the Select All checkbox, then click Insert
4. The selected notes will be inserted into the document where you can edit the content:
