In some cases, you might have some documents that you want to duplicate to use the same formatting for a new template. Instead of opening two tabs, manually copying and pasting the content, here is a quick way to export the template and import it directly into your new template.
*Note: This is handy if you want to copy templates into a second location so you don't need to keep switching locations to copy the template.
1. Go to Settings > Templates > Documents v2, go into the existing Documents v2 template that you want to duplicate
2. Click the Export DocX button at the top left of the page, it downloads the template file:
3. Create a new Documents v2 template and click the Open button at the top left:
4. Select the previously downloaded .docx file, it loads the template into your new one where you can now make changes on it:
