This article explains how to generate a report of your patient list within the system and help you quickly review and export important patient information for record-keeping, follow-up activities, reporting requirements, and operational planning.
By following the steps in this guide, you will learn how to run the report, apply filters to refine your patient list and download the results for further use.
1. Access the New Patients Report
As this report is based on the patient file's Creation date, simply put in a large date range like 2000-01-01 till today's date so that it will show you all patients in your site.
*If your site has a lot of patients it might take a while longer to process.
2. Apply Filters
Once the report loaded all your patients, you can apply filters according to your specific requirements, here are some common ones:

-Active Patients list: filter the State column = Active
-Patients with a specific default Price List
-Patients without a future appointment: filter the Next Appointment column = blank
3. Export report results
Once you are satisfied with the report results, right click anywhere in the report content to export it into Excel
