Alerts are used to signal and share critical conditions or information of a patient with other staff in Zavy.
For example, it's important to advise others if someone has one of the following:
Allergies
Disability access or assistance
Poor Hearing
These alerts are shown on the top part of the Patient Profile.
To apply an Alert on a Patient's file
In the Patient's Profile, hover on the Upper right corner of the page where you can see the ➕ Add Alerts button.
Toggle the switch to set the alert as Active for the relevant condition.
To create or manage existing Alerts
Navigate to Settings, select Alerts
Click New on the top right.
Enter a description and select an associated icon, then click Save to complete.
