Alerts are used to signal and shared critical conditions or information with other users in Zavy360.
For examples, it's important to advise others if someone has one of the following:
Allergies
Disability access or assistance
Poor Hearing
These alerts are shown on the top part of the Patient Profile.
To apply an Alert
On the Patient Profile, hover on the Upper left corner of the page where you can see the ➕ Add Alerts button.
Toggle the switch to set the alert as Assigned to the Patient Profile for the relevant condition.
To create or manage existing Alerts
Click Settings on the main top menu
Under Patients, select Alerts
Click New on the top right.
Enter a description and select an associated icon.
Click Save to complete.
