How to set up Alerts?

Share critical alerts or information with other users.

Alerts are used to signal and share critical conditions or information of a patient with other staff in Zavy.

For example, it's important to advise others if someone has one of the following:

  • Allergies

  • Disability access or assistance

  • Poor Hearing

These alerts are shown on the top part of the Patient Profile.

To apply an Alert on a Patient's file

  • In the Patient's Profile, hover on the Upper right corner of the page where you can see the ➕ Add Alerts button.​


  • Toggle the switch to set the alert as Active for the relevant condition.


To create or manage existing Alerts

  • Navigate to Settings, select Alerts

  • Click New on the top right.

  • Enter a description and select an associated icon, then click Save to complete.
