In Zavy360, we can setup Super Alerts that will make Patient alerts Pop-up when you open their Patient Profile.

To do this:

Go to Settings > Alerts.
​

Once inside the Alert Page, and after creating an Alert, there will be a Tick Box on the Bottom left for Super Alert. Have it ticked and Saved.

NOTE: If you want to apply super alert to an existing Alert. All you need to do is to edit that alert. Then enable the Super Alert box.

After being applied to the Patient Profile, this is how will it look like when you open the Patient Profile
