Troubleshooting: Clicking on the Calendar does not respond or staff missing from roster list

To allow appointment bookings or roster management , make sure the staff calendar is enabled; to check:

  1. Click on Settings ⚙️from the main menu

  2. Select Business > Staff

  3. Select the staff member to view details, then click Edit

  4. Scroll down and look for the "Enable in Calendar" check box:

  5. Click "Save".

If you encounter any difficulty, you may need to check your subscription level and the number of active calendars allowed.
