Overview
Quick Roster allows for fast and efficient schedule management directly within the calendar. You can easily adjust single-day, weekly, or recurring schedules without navigating away.
This feature supports up to two practitioners editing at the same time, ensuring collaborative and flexible scheduling.
Important Notes Before You Start
Recurring changes: Saving a recurring schedule overwrites all existing events based on your selected settings.
One-off changes: Saving a single-day or one-time adjustment only affects the selected timeframe.
Unsaved changes: If you switch views or change practitioners without saving, all unsaved changes will be lost.
Past schedules cannot be edited: Adjustments can only be made from today onwards to ensure reporting accuracy.
How to Edit a Roster from the Calendar
1. Open Quick Roster
Click the Edit button next to the practitioner's name in the left menu (visible on hover).
Or click the Edit button at the top of the calendar next to the practitioner's name.
2. Choose a View
Select Day View to edit a single day.
Select Week View to edit an entire week.
3. Bulk Edit for Multiple Practitioners
Choose an additional practitioner if you want to edit multiple schedules at once.
4. Add or Modify Sessions
To add a new session:
Select a session from the left menu or create a new session type.
Drag onto the calendar to place the session at the desired time.
To edit or delete an existing session:
Click on the session and select an action from the Quick Menu.
5. Set Recurring or One-Off Sessions
Use the Repeats menu for recurring sessions.
For one-off changes, you can ignore the Repeats menu.
6. Save Your Changes
Click Save to confirm the adjustments and update the schedule.
