Sending SMS in Zavy requires credits, here is how to purchase credits.

To check your SMS credit balance and purchase credits. Go to the Settings &gt; Subscription &gt; SMS Credit

Zavy also has an SMS credit quick view, Hover over the Smiley Icon in the Menu on the left side and it will display the actual remaining SMS Credits.
